The Danbury Renaissance at High Ridge is a new affordable housing project with 60 condo-style homes. They were renovated and completely rebuilt for residents whose income is up to 80 percent of the area median income. It is located on the west side of Danbury near exit 4 off Interstate 84. It provides a casual, comfortable lifestyle in a quiet neighborhood.
